User Agreement

This document outlines the agreement between yourself, a user of this website, and GayCalgary, the author/provider of this website. By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms.

You agree NOT to:

  • collect e-mail addresses or other contact information of other users, by any means, for unsolicited communications.
  • attempt to hack, disable or damage this site.
  • post any content that we deem to be unlawful, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • use this site to harass or intimidate another individual.
  • use this site in any unlawful manner, or to unlawful/fraudulent ends.
  • post any material that encourages or enables others to perform an unlawful act.
  • register for a user account on behalf of another individual.
  • use this site to impersonate another individual, misrepresent yourself, or represent a business or group which you are not authorized to represent.
  • impersonate a site administrator, or register yourself under a username that falsely implies affiliation with GayCalgary or any department thereof.
  • post or publish the private information of any third party.
  • solicit personal information from anyone under 18.
  • solicit account information, or use another person's account without their knowledge.
  • post any content that violates a copyright or trademark.
  • infringe on the intellectual property of other users.

You acknowledge that:

  • you assume full responsibility for your actions when using this site.
  • GayCalgary is not responsible in any way for content that you post on this site, be it acceptable by our terms of use or not.
  • by posting content, you give GayCalgary the right to reproduce or utilize said content as we see fit.
  • GayCalgary is not responsible for content on any third party website that is linked from the GayCalgary website.
  • GayCalgary reserves the right but has no obligation to monitor or intervene with disputes between users.
  • any violation of the above terms may result in the immediate suspension of your account, and criminal prosecution if required.
  • GayCalgary reserves the right to ammend this agreement at any time, without notice or notification.
