Older Than What?, a short documentary film about LGBTQ seniors, screens at the THIRD ACTion Film Festival on Saturday, June 9, 10:30am (at the Glenbow Museum). Winner of the International Short Film Competition at the Buenos Aires LGBTQ Film Festival, the film features Canadian author and former CBC host Bill Richardson and trail-blazing Albertan Carol Allan. While aging has a tendency to fade people out of the picture, Older Than What? brings LGBTQ seniors sharply into focus with humour, frankness, wit and charm.

Toronto filmmaker Steen Starr (Alberta-born and raised), will be present for a post-screening Q&A, along with award-winning author Sharon Butala. Older than What? screens in the Shorts Program, "We're Not Going To Take It!" on Saturday June 9, 10:30am.
